Tory Austerity


Labour's stance

Shadow chancellor Ed Balls stands to set out Labour's position, supporting the charter.
He says it supports Labour's position on the deficit - and that Labour would be voting in the House today to remind taxpayers how the Chancellor has missed his targets.


Weasel words 

Hold my nose and drink it again at the next election
like i did the one before that and before that
will i ever learn sigh !

    Mrs Curran says they were right to vote for the austerity to balance the books. She'll not take her 11% rise I assume?
