Scottish snp plan for every child

to have 'named person'

 breaches rights

Judges at the supreme court have ruled that the Scottish government’s controversial “named person” scheme risks breaching rights to privacy and a family life under the European convention on human rights, and thus over-reaches the legislative competence of the Holyrood parliament.

Naughty corner for the snp and real and true freedom for

Scottish families

Bad people do bad things
thats the snp for you

Surprising to see Labour's glee at this, considering they backed it and only the Tories didn't like it (even at that they didn't vote against it).

But it is right that it be tested in the English count (they tend to know better than us about complicated stuff like law and all) with a majority of English judges.

And now that it has been mr Swinney has said he will make the necessary adjustments required by the noble and learned aristos.

This will satisfy the soon to be removed European Declaration of Human Rights.

I heard you'd be against child protection. I hear Rolf Harris is pleased too.

  5. As a foster carer and adopter of children my 'privacy' was/is thoroughly scrutinised and I'm not convinced that a family's right to privacy is more important than the protection of vulnerable children.
